The suction and pressure hammer mill, also known as a grinding mill, is designed for grinding cereal grains in the process of fodder preparation. We offer grinding mills with the power of 7.5 kW, 11 kW, 15 kW, 18 kW and 22 kW with a capacity of 800 kg / h to almost 2500 kg / h The machine automatically sucks the grain, crushes it and then presses it into the feed mixer. The device is adapted to work with ADRAF feed mixers. In combination with a mixer and electronic scales, it constitutes a complete line for the production of feed on a farm.
The standard equipment includes: a squeegee, 5 m of suction hose and 3 m of forcing hose. Each shredder is fitted with a magnet which catches small metal elements, an ammeter and a thermal switch protecting against damage to the engine. The grinding mill can take material for grinding from a pile, silo or charging hopper. To meet the needs of customers, we have created special hoppers for the grinder with a capacity of 500 kg to 2000 kg with a suction nozzle mounted at the bottom with the possibility of regulating the air flow. The hopper can be loaded with grain using a screw conveyor of our production or filled directly from the big bags.
